Hypnosis is a process of focused attention, relaxation and guided imagery: much like what occurs when we naturally daydream. It can be thought of as a process of communication between the conscious and subconscious mind.
Hypnosis is SAFE, ENJOYABLE, and RELAXING.
While in the state of hypnosis, the subconscious mind becomes open in imagining changes in behavior that support the goals you have identified while conscious.
