Welcome… I was raised in Franklin by supportive parents and a fun, loving sister, Doreen who is also an Electrologist at the Spa. In 1971 I attended Kenneth’s Hair Design in Framingham then worked as a hairdresser for Rose’s Beauty Salon for 2 years. I later attended Eleanor Roberts Electrology Institute in Boston in 1975 where I found my niche; I loved it! I opened my first location in Framingham in 1976 and later that year married my husband, Joe. Together we have 4 children; 3 sons and one daughter. In 1982 I opened my Hopedale location and in 2003 Mac Med Hair & Nail Salon & Mac Med Spa in Milford were opened. Our Daughter, Brittany is also an Electrologist, Aesthetician & Laser Technician at the Spa. In 2008 our Medical Building, Mac Medical in Milford was opened. I’ve been very blessed with a rich, full life enjoying the Spa, family and our Granddaughter, Gemma. My staff and I look forward to pampering you; our goal is to make your day better!
Kathy Nagel RN, BSN

With almost 20 years experience as a Registered Nurse in Cardiac units, Kathy pursued a career transition to the aesthetic industry in 2004, initially training in Beverly Hills, CA. Over the years, your facial expressions, aging and numerous lifestyle factors become permanently etched into your skin. Fortunately, Kathy is a Master Level injector for Botox Cosmetic, Xeomin and Cosmetic Fillers, to help erase the signs of time from your face. She is also experienced as a clinical educator for Merz Cosmetics, training doctors and other medical providers on the use of their injectable products. An artist in the area of Facial Cosmetic Fillers, she is also an expert in the laser aesthetics industry including Body Sculpting, Skin Tightening and Cellulite Reduction treatments. “I am here with solutions that fit your needs. Dipa graduated from Cosmix School of Beauty Sciences and earned her license as a Certified Nail Technician from the state of Massachusetts in 2018. She is patient and diligent with her nail art. Dipa loves to focus on the special details and is always expanding her knowledge of on nail art by practicing different techniques to improve her skill set. Being a professional nail technician, Dipa strives to provide upscale quality service and nail care to all her clients. Customer care and their satisfaction is her top priority.

Lucianna is an established esthetician born in Milan Italy. Lucianna specializes in all aspect of esthetics with a concentration in laser hair removal, skin tightening microneedeling and intracel needeling with radio frequency treatments, Permanent fat reduction and cellulite treatments including CoolSculpting.

Donna has been in medical esthetics for over 16 years with Mac Med providing her services in our Carriage House Hopedale location. She is an eyelash extension specialist and a Laser Technician. Donna also specializes in tattoo removal, permanent makeup and microblading.

Melissa has been with Mac Med for two years; she loves assisting all of the clients and Service Providers and is always happy to help everyone! Married with four children – three daughters and one son all teenagers 14-19 years old, Melissa and her family enjoy their family time on the Cape and in Maine.
