How Many Treatments Do I Need?
Every patient is different, and the Mac Med team will consult with you individually to determine how many treatments will provide you with the best results. We have found three to six treatments are typically what most patients can expect.
Treatments are typically spaced several weeks apart. After their series of treatments is complete, many patients opt to have annual follow-up sessions.
When Will I See Results?
Most patients start to see positive results after three visits. As time goes by, your body will generate fresh collagen for six months after your last treatment. You should see improvement for up to six months after the treatment series is done. Improvements to wrinkles and scars typically appear before skin tightening.
Does Affirm Treatment Hurt?
At Mac Med, we can use topical products on your skin prior to treatment to help ease any discomfort. A cooling system also can be used to minimize pain.
