Laser Hair Removal
Laser hair removal is a safe and effective way to quickly and permanently remove or reduce unwanted hair. At MacMed Spa we have four different laser systems to best accommodate our patients’ needs. Our staff will help develop a customized treatment plan based on your aesthetic goals. The number of treatments can vary based on the area and the patient, as patients respond differently to treatment, typically four to six treatments are needed for initial hair removal, plus future touch-ups to maintain results.

Electrolysis
This permanent hair removal treatment works by destroying the hair follicle with a tiny current of electricity. Electrolysis works best on fine, light hair in smaller areas like the eyebrows or upper lip.
Liposuction
This body sculpting procedure removes excess fat deposits from the body quickly and safely. Results can be seen immediately following the procedure. Liposuction does not treat cellulite.

Hair Transplants
At MacMed Spa we use the minimally-invasive NeoGraft hair transplant procedure. The NeoGraft Automated Hair Transplantation system uses the Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) method to restore the hairline by removing individual follicles from the back of the head and implanting them in the balding areas on the scalp. The result of this process is a subtle, natural-looking hair transplant.
