Do you have packages I can offer my guests?
We offer a variety of Spa & Salon services and will work with you to customize your event. Please see our Spa/Salon menu for a full list of services and prices. We have something for everyone!
Process
Once the date & time have been scheduled, we will call you to confirm and an email confirmation will be sent to the contact person with all the details of your treatments, prices and times as well as forms to be filled out and emailed back.
Reservation Policy

To hold your event date and time the coordinator will need to know how many guests to expect and which services they will be having. The Conditions of Payment form as well as The Guest List will need to be emailed back to us. A credit card will be required at this time to hold the event appointments. The credit card on file will not be charged unless the appointments are not cancelled within the cancellation policy timeframe or if the party does not show up.
Method of Payment
We accept all major credit cards & checks (we must receive the check two weeks prior to scheduled date).
What happens if I cancel my spa party after the date has been booked?
- You may cancel up to 30 days prior to your event to receive a full refund
- Any cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the event but sooner than 72 hours will forfeit the 50% cost of the estimated services.
- Any guest who cancels less than 72 hours in advance of the event or guests who fail to arrive will be charged in full to the credit card on file according to the specifications of the contract.
Are my guests able to pay individually for their services?
Yes, your guests may pay individually for their services.
Check-in Time
We suggest that all members of your party arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first appointments. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time, as we regret that we cannot infringe upon our next clientβs service time. We want you to enjoy your experience with us!
Refreshments
Day of event we provide Sparkling water/cider as well as an array of candy. If you would like us to arrange any special food or beverages for your event, we will be happy to coordinate the arrangements with you and ask that payment be made at that time. Also, feel free to bring in food and beverages of your choice to be enjoyed!
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included and we cannot include it on credit cards. You may leave cash or check payable to the technician(s) with the technician(s) or place in the βTipβ box at desk.
